Adrian is a social scientist and evaluator for public and civil society environmental and climate projects. Previously, he worked as a freelancer in political education. He is involved in and interested in the following policy areas: environmental justice, inequality in global political economy, coloniality in international cooperation, green colonialism, democratization, authoritarianism and bureaucracy, epistemic justice, food sovereignty.

Jens is a product manager for CRM integrations at a SaaS company specializing in NPOs. He has been supporting NPOs for over 10 years in various roles in the implementation of IT-supported processes in the web sector. From the introduction of new content management systems and email marketing applications to digital donation processes and database integrations. Privately, Jens has been engaged in several grassroots organisations since his early university days.

Louise Wagner

Board member
Louise works as a banking campaigner at Reclaim Finance to end European banks' financing of oil and gas industry expansion. Before joining the organization, she was a coordinator and campaigner at the social movement Debt for Climate, which works on issues of debt, extractivism, and colonialism. She holds a bachelor's degree in ethnology and a master's degree in sociology. In her studies and research, she focused on the catastrophic socio-ecological consequences of geoengineering.

Michael Müller-Puhlmann

Board member
Michael is an economist and worked at the Hessian Ministry of Social Affairs, where he was a consultant and then head of the department for labor market policy, youth career assistance, and vocational training for many years until his retirement in 2021. He volunteers his time to transform our resource-consuming, environmentally destructive, and inequality-creating global economic system through: the regulation/breakup of the most powerful private players on the international capital markets, the enforcement of due diligence obligations regarding human rights and the environment by companies, tax justice, climate justice, including fair financing by the main polluters.

Katharina Debring

Katharina is a consultant at the children's rights organization Terre des Hommes in the area of supply chains and raw materials, with a focus on Mica. Her political engagement focuses on human and children's rights in global supply chains, sustainable transport transition, Buen Vivir, fair trade, and gender mainstreaming.

Dr. Hildegard Scheu

Fellow
Hildegard studied political science and psychology and has been an active retiree since 2022. Professionally, she has been involved in horse-assisted support and therapy for children and young people (since 2018), has been a lecturer, and has worked in development cooperation for 40 years, including 20 years as a development policy consultant, trainer, and expert as co-owner of a consulting firm. She volunteers for: climate and resource justice, fair trade and working conditions in the global world, human rights and sustainability – due diligence in global supply chains, gender, psychosocial support and social integration in crisis and war contexts, civil conflict management, and animal-assisted therapy.

Dr. Claus Neuberger

Claus studied economics and has been working as a consultant since 1989. After ten years at a large management consultancy, he now works freelance in the areas of strategy, leadership, and responsibility for European and American institutions. He is also a lecturer at universities and is involved in various institutes and projects in the field of economic and social ethics.
